Directorio Académico
Investigador del Departamento de Física de Altas Energías del ICN desde 1984.
Obtuvo la Licenciatura en la Facultad de Ciencias Químicas de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba y el Posgrado en Física en el CINVESTAV-IPN (1984).
Ha publicado más de 100 artículos en revistas arbitradas en el área de Física y artículos en memorias de congresos nacionales e internacionales en donde ha presentado sus trabajos de investigación. Es miembro activo de la Academia Mexicana de Ciencias y de la colaboración Pierre Auger, así como coordinador del grupo de la UNAM dentro de las colaboraciones DAMIC y CONNIE. Es docente a nivel licenciatura y posgrado en la UNAM y ha graduado a estudiantes en ambos casos. Es responsable de proyectos PAPIIT y CONACyT relacionados con la investigación experimental y fenomenológica en torno a partículas que interaccionan débilmente mediante sensores CCD.
Se ha especializado en Fisica de partículas y teorías de campo térmicas.
